Perdix Winery and Hotel is a hospitality project in Urla, İzmir by NVA Mimarlık, opened in 2019. Hotels put stone through a harder test than almost any other building type — hundreds of strangers a week, housekeeping chemicals, and a design that has to still read as luxury in year eight. To be clear: this is not a DIJA project, and we did not supply the material — it is included here purely as a documented reference.
Unlike some of the more thoroughly documented entries in this archive, the source record for this project does not list specific stone types or applications.
