A private residence in Ayvacık, Çanakkale, Çoker House was designed by Per Se Mimarlık and completed in 2017-2019. Domestic stone specification tends to be conservative for good reason — the client is the one who has to clean it. To be clear: this is not a DIJA project, and we did not supply the material — it is included here purely as a documented reference.
This is one of the projects where the published material list is thin. The architecture is well documented; the stone specification is not.
With no documented stone type to go on, a few general suggestions from our own range that would suit a project of this kind: Calacatta Oro, Travertine Classic Beige, Nero Marquina.
