Casa Solis, in İzmir, Çeşme, was designed by BAD- Başak Akkoyunlu Design and completed in 2024. It is one of the wider set of Turkish architecture projects we have been cataloguing for what they reveal about real-world stone specification. To be clear: this is not a DIJA project, and we did not supply the material — it is included here purely as a documented reference.

Public documentation for this particular project does not break down the stone specification by room or surface — which happens more often than you would think, even for well-photographed buildings.

For exterior facade, door frames in the hallway, living room parquet floor frame, entrance hall floor, in the absence of a documented stone type, a reasonable regional equivalent from our range is Calacatta Oro.

The original project write-up, with full photography and credits, is linked below — we do not reproduce it here, only the facts.
