Bolu Earthquake Monument is a workplace fit-out by Yanardag Mimarlık in Bolu, completed in 2022. Office stone specs tend to concentrate all the ambition into one surface — a reception desk or a lobby wall — and go quiet everywhere else, which is exactly what we see here. To be clear: this is not a DIJA project, and we did not supply the material — it is included here purely as a documented reference.
This is one of the projects where the published material list is thin. The architecture is well documented; the stone specification is not.
For basalt / kayseri̇, we cannot verify the exact material from the public record, so as a general reference point we would point to Breccia Oniciata.
