Between two Seas Winery is a winery in Yağcılar, Urla / İzmir by Serhat Akbay Architecture, completed in 2020. Wineries tend to lean on stone for the same reason they lean on old oak — it signals patience and process in a way that glass and steel do not. To be clear: this is not a DIJA project, and we did not supply the material — it is included here purely as a documented reference.
