Adana Seyhan Sucuzade Urban Square is a public space project in Adana/Seyhan by PLUG, delivered in 2020. Outdoor and civic stone has the hardest brief of all: it has to survive weather, foot traffic, and municipal maintenance budgets simultaneously, with no climate control to help it. To be clear: this is not a DIJA project, and we did not supply the material — it is included here purely as a documented reference.
This is one of the projects where the published material list is thin. The architecture is well documented; the stone specification is not.
With no documented stone type to go on, a few general suggestions from our own range that would suit a project of this kind: Calacatta Oro, Travertine Classic Beige, Nero Marquina.
