- What does DIJA supply?
- We supply natural stone — marble, travertine, limestone, onyx and granite — as blocks, slabs, tiles and cut-to-size pieces, in a range of finishes (polished, honed, brushed, tumbled and more). We source directly from quarries in Türkiye and the Mediterranean and export worldwide.
- Do you sell to buyers outside Türkiye?
- Yes. Exporting is our core business. We ship worldwide by sea container on EXW, FOB, CFR or CIF terms, and prepare the full export documentation so your stone clears customs smoothly.
- Is there a minimum order?
- Most export orders are priced and shipped by the container, because that is the most economical way to move stone. We can also consolidate smaller quantities — tell us what your project needs and we will advise the most cost-effective way to ship it.
- Can I get samples before ordering?
- Yes. We can send physical samples of any stone in the catalogue so you can check the colour, veining and finish in your own light before you commit to an order.
- How long does an order take?
- Lead time depends on the stone, the quantity and the finish. Stock items ship soonest; made-to-order slabs and cut-to-size take longer to produce. We give you a realistic production and shipping timeline on your proforma invoice, before you pay.
- What are Incoterms, and which do you offer?
- Incoterms define exactly which costs and risks are the seller's and which are the buyer's. We quote on EXW (ex works, Izmir), FOB (loaded on the vessel), CFR (freight paid to your port) and CIF (freight and insurance to your port). - How do payment terms work?
- The usual arrangement is a deposit to begin production and the balance before the container ships — commonly 30% up front and 70% against shipping documents. For a first order we can also work against a copy of the bill of lading or a letter of credit for added security.
- How do I get a price?
- Tell us the stone, format, finish, quantity and your destination port, and we build a proforma invoice with the full breakdown — unit price, Incoterm costs and payment schedule. You can start one yourself with our online proforma builder.
- Can you do custom sizes and finishes?
- Yes. Beyond standard slabs and tiles we produce cut-to-size, bookmatched panels, countertops, sink and vanity pieces, pool coping, staircases and more, in the finish of your choice. Send us your specification or drawings.
- Do you provide certificates and CE marking?
- Yes. We can supply certificates of origin, an A.TR movement certificate for EU customs-union clearance, and — for stone used as a construction product in the EEA — CE marking with a Declaration of Performance to the relevant standard. Ask us before ordering so everything is ready.
